5 Must See Cars of 2015

Each new year brings with it a group of innovative and revolutionary vehicles that will change the way drivers tackle the road. In 2015, there are several new car models that will be making their debut and that auto enthusiasts definitely should check out. Here’s our list of the five must-see cars of 2015.

Ford F-150

The new 2015 Ford F-150 is revolutionizing how pickup trucks are built. The truck has been redesigned to eliminate some unwanted weight and improve its overall efficiency. Now built with aluminum components, the 2015 Ford F-150 is lighter than previous versions but doesn’t sacrifice any of the muscle and power that’s become synonymous with the truck’s name. You’ll have the opportunity to choose from several different engine options for the new F-150, including an EcoBoost engine that means you’ll make fewer trips to the gas station to fill up your tank.

Chevy Corvette Z06

This new addition to the already-sterling Corvette family will make you feel like you’re flying a jet airplane. Its exterior is expertly designed with bold and muscular lines that make the Corvette Z06 look like it came right out of a Transformers movie. With a supercharged V8 engine, the Corvette Z06 generates 650 horsepower for the redline junkies. Just crack open your piggy bank and hope there’s $78,000 in there.

BMW i8

The BMW i8 brings new life to the electric car class, and according to the manufacturer, it’s “the first sports car with the consumption and emission values of a compact car.” The i8’s revolutionary design gives it a look similar to Bruce Wayne’s Batmobile, but its electric engine is where you’ll find the real value. An electric motor is paired with a three-cylinder turbocharged engine that produces 360 horsepower, a significantly high amount for an electric vehicle.

Jeep Renegade

Take a Mini Cooper, increase its size, boost it off the ground a few more inches, and equip it with a legendary Jeep motor and four-wheel drive and you have the 2015 Jeep Renegade. This new breed of Jeep is sure to make an impact on the compact SUV class. It’s a smaller version of most of the vehicles in the Jeep lineup, but the smaller size doesn’t compromise its capabilities. You’ll still be able to take on all of your favorite outdoor trails with the 2015 Renegade.

Lamborghini Huracan

This legendary car brand strikes again with the visually stunning and extremely powerful Lamborghini Huracan. Its 5.2-liter V10 engine gives you 601 horsepower and lets you go from 0 to 60 mph in just 3.2 seconds. To offset that speed, the Huracan comes with standard carbon-ceramic brakes and several electronic aids.

The new year will be a fantastic one full of new car models that aspiring automotive technicians will love to get their hands on. If you’re interested in learning more about future vehicles, you can download our free ebook The Apple iCar: Inside Apple’s Entry into the Auto Industry.
