Fit Automotive Training School into Your Life with Evening Classes

While daytime classes and schooling may be what you’ve been accustomed to your entire life, it’s possible that going to school in the evening could be the best option for your current situation. At Automotive Training Center, it’s possible to fit evening classes into your lifestyle.

Night classes can offer flexibility, particularly if you have a full- or part-time job that helps you pay the bills. When it comes to our Automotive Technology – Evening (AT-EVE) curriculum, be in control of your day, and still have time to further your education at night.

The Advantages of Evening Coursework at ATC

Auto Technician TrainingWith evening classes, the part-time night training takes place after the traditional workday. So, you can still keep your job during the day, then have the time at night for training. Make ends meet as you acquire the necessary skills to advance your career in the automotive industry.

You’ll learn from ASE-certified instructors who have experience teaching the program, with sessions divided between the shop and the classroom. Classroom activities will include courses on engine repair, brakes, suspension, steering, and more. Shop facilities will allow you to practice your skills on modern vehicles using industry equipment.

The Automotive Technology Program

Aside from the different schedule, the biggest difference between the AT-EVE and AT-DAY programs is the course length. Automotive Technology daytime students can complete coursework in about 64 weeks. The AT-EVE program has fewer course hours but takes about 84 weeks to complete.

Essentially, repetition of task assignments is reduced from the full-time day program, with the difference in program hours. While day classes are different than night classes, these programs have a lot in common, including topics taught, shop work, and the careers you may be eligible for after completion of the program.

Prime Yourself for a Rewarding Automotive Career

Automotive CareerCan you picture yourself working on cars full-time? Then explore the part-time evening program at ATC for that full-time career.
